An honest note on cost and how this works
Guidance across every other Rightsize service stays free. Real estate is where Cory earns a living: if you choose him as your agent, he is paid a standard commission at closing, disclosed in writing before you sign anything.
You are never required to use Cory as your agent to get help with care. Plenty of families use the guidance and list with someone else, and that is genuinely fine.
