We are not a care provider

We do not provide medical care, nursing care, home health care, personal care or custodial care of any kind. We do not employ, supervise, license, certify or control any care provider, community or contractor referred to you. We are not a licensed health care facility or agency.

Referrals and due diligence

Recommendations are based on our own informal vetting and personal experience. They are opinions, not guarantees of quality, safety, availability, licensure or price. Families are strongly encouraged to perform their own due diligence, including verifying licensure and insurance, reviewing state inspection records, checking references, touring in person, and reading every contract before signing.

You contract directly with any professional you choose. Rightsize Senior Care Advisors is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, pricing or conduct of any third party.

Veterans benefits

We are not accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We do not prepare, present or prosecute VA claims, and we do not charge for information about VA benefits. Any claim assistance should be obtained from a VA-accredited attorney, claims agent or Veterans Service Organization. Information about Aid & Attendance on this site is general and may not reflect current VA rules or amounts.

Mortgages and reverse mortgages

We are not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. We do not originate, negotiate or arrange loans of any kind, and we receive no compensation for referrals relating to mortgages or reverse mortgages. Reverse mortgage information on this site is educational only. Federal law requires independent counseling from a HUD-approved counselor before a reverse mortgage may close.

Real estate services

Cory Wallberg is a Licensed Utah Associate Broker #6490941, Equity Real Estate. Real estate brokerage services are provided through his brokerage and are subject to a separate written agreement. Any real estate commission is disclosed in writing before you sign. Using Rightsize Senior Care Advisors for guidance never requires you to use Cory Wallberg as your real estate agent.

Compensation disclosure

Guidance is free to families. We may receive referral compensation from certain non-medical, non-mortgage service providers where permitted by law. We do not accept compensation in connection with medical or home-health referrals, VA benefits, or federally related mortgage loans. If a specific relationship involves compensation, we will tell you when we make the introduction.

Care availability, wait lists, pricing, benefit eligibility and market conditions change constantly. Any figures, timelines or cost ranges given on this site are illustrative estimates for the Salt Lake Valley and are not quotes or promises.
